Spray-type poly

As a water-soluble substance with superior thermal stability and high solubility, the process involves introducing a 40%-50% solid-content solution into a high-pressure pump. The solution is pressurized and

fed into the dryer's atomizer, where it breaks down into fine mist droplets. These droplets are then dried to form granular products, completing both drying and granulation in one integrated step.

The process is: liquid raw material → pressure filtration → spray tower → Spray drying → finished product
