PP (Polypropylene) and PE (Polyester) filter bags are widely used consumables in industrial liquid filtration, commonly applied in industries such as electroplating, chemical processing, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and wastewater treatment. Both PP and PE filter bags are depth filtration media, offering high filtration precision and excellent chemical stability.
PP filter bags are made of high-quality polypropylene fiber material. The surface is treated with single-sided heat calendering to prevent fiber shedding and extend service life. The production process adopts an international-standard, silicone oil–free cooling method to ensure no silicone contamination. With excellent tensile strength and superior sealing performance, they fit precisely with various filter housings to create a tight seal and deliver stable, reliable filtration results.
PE filter bags are manufactured from premium polyester fibers, featuring outstanding heat resistance and mechanical strength, making them ideal for filtration applications involving high temperatures or acidic and alkaline liquids.
