Product Description

Production process

Honeycomb activated carbon is made of high quality coal activated carbon as raw material, mixed with organic polymer binder, and made through low temperature pre-merger, medium temperature fermentation, high speed extrusion, molding, drying, secondary high temperature activation, packaging and other processes.

Performance characteristics

Honeycomb activated carbon, renowned for its large specific surface area, low pore resistance, abundant micropores, high adsorption capacity, and long service life, is widely used in air pollution control. The honeycomb activated carbon adsorption method works by contacting exhaust gases with porous activated carbon that has a large surface area. This process effectively adsorbs pollutants from the exhaust, thereby achieving purification.

Usage of honeycomb activated carbon

This product is designed for treating high-volume, low-concentration industrial organic emissions (including benzene, toluene, xylene, acetone, and hazardous gases). It effectively purifies indoor air and controls restaurant fume emissions, while also neutralizing odors in air conditioners, refrigerators, and photocopiers. As a catalyst support, it enhances adsorption efficiency for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) such as benzene, toluene, xylene, acetone, oil vapors, and CS2. Applications span biochemical processing, paint manufacturing, underground facilities, leather plants, and animal husbandry facilities, providing comprehensive odor control solutions. Additionally, it excels at capturing foul odors from flue gas, removing sulfur compounds, and eliminating mercury vapor emissions.
