Product Description

I. Product Performance:

Solid decolorizer is a substance that can remove the useless chromatic group in a certain wastewater or substance. Oxidation decolorizer is a substance that uses oxidizing substances, such as sodium hypochlorite,

potassium permanganate, ozone, etc., to destroy the chromatic group and achieve the purpose of removing color.

It is mainly used for decolorization treatment of high chromaticity wastewater from dry dye factories, and can be applied to the treatment of reactive, acid and disperse dyes wastewater. It can also be used for the treatment of textile and printing and dyeing wastewater, as well as pigments, inks and papermaking.


III. Product Purpose:

Primarily used for decolorization treatment of high-colority wastewater in dye factories, it is applicable to wastewater treatment of reactive dyes, acid dyes, and disperse dyes. It can also be utilized for treating

wastewaterfromdrytextileandprinting/dyingprocessesaswellasidustrialefuentsfrompgmentink and paper manufacturing, Additionally,it serves as a reinforcing agent and sizing agent in paper production.

IV. Usage:

1. The product is diluted with 1O-4O times water, then directly added to the water, stirred for several minutes and then settled or air floated to obtain the decolorized clear liquid.

2. The pH value of waste water should be adjusted to 4-12 first.

3. When wastewater exhibits high chromaticity and COD levels,it is advisable to combine decolorizing agents with organic coagulants (PAM) for treatment,which can reduce processing costs. The dosing sequence and ratio of chemicals should bedetermined basedon the actual wastewater treatment process.Typically,decolorizing agents are added first, followed by coagulants.The recommended dosage ranges from 0.05% to 0.3%.

4. The product is not flammable and explosive, it should be stored at room temperature, do not expose to the sun.

5. This product is packaged in plastic barrel, 25KG/barrel.

V. Experimental process:

1. Take an appropriate amount ofwastewater (about50oml) with abeaker and adjust the pHvalue;

2. Drip the agent: Add a certain amount of decolorizer (O.5%-3%) first, stir, then add 1%o of PAM three to five drops, stir, and leave it standing;

3. Observe whether the color of the supernatant meets the requirements.If not,adjust the dosage of the agent and

VII. Notes:

1. Special dosing equipment is required, because the decolorizer can react with other agents to form precipitation,so each agentshould be equipped with a dosing device; ifnot,youcan makea simple dosing device instead;

2. When adding the medicine, it should be added according to the order of adding the medicine. It is recommended to set a stirrer (or pipeline pump) at the adding point to enhance the effect of coagulation;

3.Duringdebuggingtheeffctisdetermindaccordingtotheclarandchrmacitoftesupenatantofthesedmentatotank 

4. The dosage of the reagent in the large test may be less than that in the small test, which is caused by the error of the operating system and belongs to the normal situation;

5.If the dosage of decolorizer changesgreatlyduring operation,small-scale test shouldbe done again to determine whether there is a major change in the composition of sewage, and the dosage should be adjusted timely according to the situation.

Summary: Because the process of sewage treatment is not the same, decolorizer in the specific application, customers need to selectively reference according to their actual situation.
